Each unit is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and painted prior to move in. This includeds filter changes, professional carpet cleaning, and painting. 

Harper Ridge offers covered and uncovered spaces- ask our leasing office to get parking added to your lease!

Each unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. 

Within a short distance of our community is an assortment of shopping from the Village at Meridian, Boise Towne Square Mall, local boutiques, and downtown Boise.

Residents are responsible for utilities. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back through Conservice.

Harper Ridge has a plethora of amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, pool, spa, and clubhouse.

Our community is located a short distance from local parks, TopGolf, cinemas, and more! 

Upon completing an application, all applicants are required to pass a credit and background check as well as make 2.5x the monthly rent.
